Iftikhar H. Jaffery DVM, MSc (Hons)Vet. Clinical
Medicine & Surgery
Veterinarian/Director
Iftikhar H. Jaffery is the primary veterinarian at Royal Veterinary Hospital and gives his services Monday through Saturday. Dr. Jaffery completed his DVM in 1996 and Msc(Hon) in clinical medicine and surgery in 1999 ,has extensive experience working with small animals and exotic pets. Before moving to Burlington, he has mainly worked in Los Angeles and New York providing services at Small Animal Hospitals and 24 hour Emergency Hospitals. He started working at Royal Veterinary Hospital in 2016 and gives services in Pet Wellness Exams, Internal medicine, Soft tissue /Orthopedic surgeries, Dentistry. He loves to see exotic pets including but not limited to Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Ferrets, Reptiles, Hedgehogs, Sugar gliders, Hamsters, other pocket pets and Birds.

Manager/Veterinary Technician (Currently on medical leave)
Hello, my name is Dawn -VT and Manager at Royal Veterinary Hospital Since 2020. I have been in the animal health care field as a vet tech for many years. Before I became a veterinary technician at St. Clair College in Windsor, ON I was and still am a pet mom above ALL. So not only can I empathize with you and what your pet is going through, I understand there are many different option and will support you through your decisions. . Currently I have 3 rescue dogs Karma, Odie and Nori as well as a bird Nash. . I am striving to give the best service and care which I would want and expect as a pet mom. So if I can make your visit to our clinic any better please do not hesitate to let me know. Looking forward to seeing you and your furry friends!!!!!

I am a kennel assistant who has loved animals all my life. I have many pets at home currently including several cats. Taking care of animals has always come natural to me. As an adult I took and graduated from a Vet office admin course in 2021 and now I am looking forward to taking care of lots of pets here at Royal Vet hospital.

Hello, my name is Michelle. I have always had a passion for animals and am a graduate of the Animal Sciences program. I have over 6 years of veterinary experience in both hospital and clinic settings. I am currently owned by my 2 cats, rescue brothers Oscar and Gus Gus who constantly keep me on my toes and bring a tremendous amount of joy to my life. I look forward to meeting you and all of your fur babies.
